Refund policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY - IS SOMETHING NOT RIGHT WITH YOUR ORDER?

We understand that it can be tricky to get the sizing of your shoes just right, so we have a 30-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong size or product and wish to exchange it, please just let us know at info@attiandanna.com.au and we will email you the exchange process details.

Exchanges on orders over $120 are free of charge. For orders under $120 return mailing costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase and wish to return it, please email us first and then send the unworn, unused item  via tracked postage to the address below.

Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange products which have been used or with signs of obvious abuse.
